SUMMARY The Safety Manager monitors and evaluates the workplace to ensure compliance with safety-related regulations. This position provides day-to-day tactical support, in addition to the planning, development, administration and management of safety policies, programs and training for the organization, in partnership with the Leadership Team. Requires working knowledge of federal and state safety laws and the ability to identify and evaluate hazards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assists, plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT).
  • Advises Operations Director on environmental, health and safety compliance concerns and preventative actions.
  • Plans and implements training for employees in work site safety practices.
  • Maintains safety files and records including OSHA and WC files
  • Performs safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures where indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
  • Conducts post-accident investigation and prepares report identifying possible accident causes and hazards for use by company personnel and senior management.
  • Assist, set up and conducts training.
  • Assists in the development, evaluation and upgrading of safety programs. Including pandemics, active shooter, and all other emergency protocols
  • Assist and maintain environmental reports including Storm water permits, SPCC etc
  • Ensure regulatory environmental, health and safety reports and permits are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Serve as primary contact for all regulatory agencies for inspections, permitting, and reporting.
  • Work with operation’s leadership to maintain, update and/or develop SOP’s for safe work practices and procedures throughout the organization.
  • Keep abreast of safety and environmental laws and regulations that impact the organization.
  • Ensure that EHS records are up to date and in compliance.
  • Drive the investigation of incidents, near misses and property damage incidents. Ensure follow-up is done to minimize future exposure and that proper communication and documentation is provided.
  • Participate in Engineering safety review of new and modified equipment.
  • Report incidents to the Worker’s Compensation provider. Coordinate required medical care and return to work procedures with employees.
  • Takes injured employees to workers compensation initial visit with MBI.
  • Manage EHS programs including cost control/reduction and accident prevention/reduction.
  • Conduct required monthly as well as new hire environmental, health and safety training.
  • Provides support to HR and Operations in emergency situations
  • Performs other related duties or projects as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION DESCRIPTION The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Anlin’s building and grounds to include the building interior and exterior under the guidance and direction of the maintenance manager. The duties include performing general day to day maintenance tasks, facilitating and negotiating project bids with contractors and suppliers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and company requirements. PRIMARY DUTIES • Make repairs and alterations to building interior and exterior. Perform general day to day maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, pipe fitting, door and door lock maintenance, painting, lighting maintenance, and general carpentry. • Contract & coordinate with sub-contractors to complete repairs as needed. • This position will be considered “essential personnel” and will be responsible for responding in inclement weather and coordinating efforts to ensure the safety and security of the facility. • Perform preventive maintenance inspection and repairs to the buildings, grounds, infrastructure and equipment. • Completion of all paperwork and electronic records in an accurate and timely manner. • Day to day cleaning & maintenance of building and grounds equipment; including parking lot maintenance, safety inspections, repair and alterations to buildings and grounds, inspection and repair of shop equipment. • Respond to any releases of liquid fuels or other chemicals and assist with clean up. • Basic maintenance of tools and equipment needed to perform assigned tasks. Job Summary: The Senior Accountant responsibilities include account reconciliations, analysis, financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis and responding to audit requests. The successful candidate will assist with establishing SOX documentation and compliance as well as monitoring and ensuring adherence to these controls. Other duties to include fixed asset management, sales & use tax preparation and filing, personal/real property tax filings and other duties as assigned by the WEBU (Western Business Unit) Controller. Department: Dealer Services Reports To: Director of Customer Services Subordinates: None Position Summary: Distributing order documents and information through email, filing, and attaching order documents, modifying, and maintaining orders and promise dates in Friedman/Frontier, converting quotes (QT) to acknowledged orders (SI). Provide an accurate & timely response phone support, and customer service related to orders and product. Essential Functions 1. Distribute incoming and outgoing order documents using email and printing hard copies for the appropriate departments, customers, files, and personnel. 2. Resend any order quotes or confirmations that encountered errors in the system. 3. Attach and file order documents in the quote (QT) and ship & invoice (SI) order file cabinets. 4. Audit and maintain the quote and ship & invoice order filing cabinets. 5. Plan and convert quotes to ship & invoice orders in Friedman/Frontier. 6. Plan and convert all add-on quotes to ship & invoice order in Friedman/Frontier and distributing the copy of orders to the delivery schedulers. 7. Plan and convert all “hot lot” quotes to ship & invoice orders in Friedman/Frontier for the production scheduler. 8. Delete, update and re-enter orders in Friedman/Frontier that contain entry errors or system errors. 9. Assist customers in requests relating to ordering, orders, product knowledge or ship dates. 10. Assist customers by answering all incoming calls in the phone system 11. Identify and report the effectiveness of the order conversion to the I.T. department or SharePoint 12. Pull all signed orders and attach to back up quote 13. End of the day-file all “SI” confirmed orders in numerical order 14. Performs related duties as assigned. 15. Partner with your Outside Sales Team to provide a prompt solution to customer and dealer concerns and complaints. 16. Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with production personnel, credit dept. and logistic. 17. Make outbound calls to target customers within the assigned territory with focus on customer relations. 18. Provide system generated acknowledgement to all orders as released. 19. Always upholds Anlin’s Commitment to Excellence standards. 20. Adheres to health, fire, and safety regulations; identifies potential safety hazards and reports such to the Safety Manager. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Ability to operate a computer terminal, including familiarity with Internet navigation, Windows Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Access, Outlook, and Excel,), Word Processing and Spreadsheets. 2. Ability to maintain paper and electronic files and records in an organized fashion. 3. Knowledge of Friedman/Frontier ordering system (training will be provided) 4. Knowledge of Anlin and Monte Verde products by series, profile, shape, minimums/maximums, model operations, and color. 5. Knowledge of product lead-times, outside purchase processes, shipping schedules, and order requirements. 6. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with those contacted in the course of work, both in written and oral form. 7. Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. 8. Ability to touch type at the rate of approximately 30 words per minute accurately. 9. Ability to work in a drug-free environment and pass a pre-employment drug screen. 10. Position Summary: Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Anlin and Monte Verde products, communicating with homeowners, dealers, District Managers, and the Service Schedule Planner on status of repairs and schedule times, updating repair order information with reason codes, findings, and corrective actions through phone, email, and completing the Service Report Form.
Essential Functions
1. Maintain repair schedules with the Service Schedule Planner and homeowners.
2. Reviewing, investigating, troubleshooting, and diagnosing warranty claims on Anlin and Monte Verde products.
3. Repairing Anlin and Monte Verde products.
4. Communicating with homeowners, dealers, and the Service Schedule Planner on repair order status.
5. Defining and communicating in writing the repair needs of each claim for Order Entry to ensure proper activity and product requirements are input.
6. Photographing and emailing product issues where descriptions may not be sufficient.
7. Updating and maintaining Reason Codes and Order Activity notes on complete or closed repair orders by completing the Service Report Form.
Minimum Qualifications: Training will be provided to ensure qualications are met.
Required:
1. Able to operate an iPhone and iPad, including familiarity with Internet navigation, GPS and mapping systems.
2. Ability to maintain paper and electronic files and records in an organized fashion.
3. Have certain knowledge of Anlin warranty conditions, terms, and coverage.
4. Have certain knowledge of MV warranty conditions, terms, and coverage.
5. Have some knowledge of Anlin and Monte Verde products by series, profile, shape, minimums/maximums, model operations, and color.
6. Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16”.
7. Ability to read and write measurements in both fractional and decimal form to the 1/16”.
8. Ability to add/subtract measurements to the 1/16”.
9. Capable of writing activity notes and closing out orders in the Freidman System.
